While in the military, I was lucky enough to see quite a bit of the world. When asked, I’d always had to think of my favorite place as there were so many wonderful ones, but when I saw the question—Where is the one place you’d like to visit, but haven’t?—the word exploded off my tongue—Scotland. No, it’s not only because I love a good Scottish historical romance and dream of a sexy Highland laird of old to whisk me away. From all I’ve seen, it is a beautiful country. And the castles, ruined or whole… wow!

And the other reason is that I was born Sheila Cunningham. I’m Scottish somewhere along the line, and it would be interesting to see any Clan Cunningham history. Until then, I’ll settle for my Clan Cunningham tartan wrap and the book store.
